Lord Mayor’s Show 2012

In the June 2012 Newsletter, I asked for details of who is intending to parade with the Society this year.  Thank you to those who have replied.

For those who have not yet done so, please supply the following: individuals need to let me know they will be parading; Corps need to notify me of how many of their members are expecting to parade.

Vehicle passes will be available for Corps minibuses and for private cars where their use is unavoidable.  Please apply for vehicle passes by 31 August – you will need to let me know the registration number and vehicle type for each one being used.  Please do not expect to obtain a vehicle pass if you have not requested it from me by 31 August.

Individuals and Corps leaders, please notify me if you require any vegetarian lunches. Please refer to the Newsletter of June 2012 for further details on the Lord Mayor’s Show.
